These terms and conditions apply to the Crafted Favours website at www.craftedfavours.com (the 'Site'). The following terms and conditions governs your use of the Site (the 'Agreement').
The Site is provided as a service to our customers.
Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement. We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Please review the Agreement whenever you use the Site. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.
CONTENT
All content included on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, data and other material (the 'Content') is owned or licensed property of Crafted Favours or its suppliers and is protected by copyright or other proprietary rights. The collection and arrangement of all Content on the Site is the exclusive property of Crafted Favours and all intellectual property rights in all Content is reserved.
ORDERS
By placing an order on the Site you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order you are making an offer to Crafted Favours to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.
Once you have placed an order you will be sent a confirmation email that your order has been received. Once payment has been received your order will be dispatched. We cannot fulfil any obligations due to the following reasons:
- The product you ordered is unavailable
- Our inability to obtain authorisation or confirmation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
- Customers who fail to reach any other order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions
If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by Crafted Favours either by email or telephone.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
PRODUCTS
Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Site are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
PAYMENT
All prices are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system.
The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus cost of delivery. We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Site at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on the Site.
Payment is currently accepted by direct Bank Transfer/Wire Transfer into our bank account.
If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer/Wire Transfer you will need to contact your bank or make arrangements with your bank to transfer the money to our account, the details of which can be found on the order confirmation e-mail that will be sent to you.
The contents of your order will be held for you for the time period stipulated in the confirmation e-mail. If the funds have not come through within this time we will cancel the order.
Once we have received payment we will ship your order to you.
