In-stock, ordered items are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. Custom orders may require some preparation and should be dispatched within 3-7 business days. If there are any delays with dispatching your order, you will be notified promptly.
Orders to be mailed within Trinidad and Tobago will be mailed using the Trinidad and Tobago Postal Corporation (TTPOST) service, either by registered mail or parcel post, whichever is applicable to the size of the package.
International orders will be mailed using the Express Mail Service of the TTPOST, which is an international priority mail service provided by postal agencies across the world.
Local Shipments
Upon shipment of your order a confirmation email will be sent to notify you of the pending delivery. Once shipped, your order should take 1-2 business days to be delivered. However, once handed over to TTPOST for delivery, delivery times or delays are beyond the control of Crafted Favours. Delivery times would generally be done on business days, during the day.
Depending on the size of your order and package, delivery may be attempted to the address provided in your order. Someone will be required to sign for the package. If your package is undelivered, due to no one being available to sign, a notification would generally be left with instructions for the collection of the package at the Post Office. Delivery of heavier packages, to your delivery address, may not be made and a notification will be left regarding collection of the package at the Post Office.
To collect orders within Trinidad and Tobago, you may be required to collect your package at the Post Office. Simply walk with proof of identity and present at the counter of the Post Office as per the notification. Please remember, the Post Offices operate Monday to Friday.
